They didn't have any PT grills at all, and the one Napoleon grill they had, required two people to figure out the model number. They told me how Napoleon asked them to sell their grills, but that they cannot move them. Instead they cannot keep the all IR MHP grill in stock. The dealer wasn't aware of the IR option for PT450RBI, nor of the charcoal option, or even the smoker tray. In fact he claimed that those things didn't exist until I showed him the info in his brochure. He told me that I didn't want the smoker tray anyway as I'd be better of just placing a few chunks of wood on top of the rotisserie burner. He wasn't very impressed with the build of the Napoleon grills as they were not all SS. Is that true that the stand alone version has parts that would give up fast due to use of poor material?
